What I mean by this is it’s incredibly empowering to authentically venture through and take more control over our own personal journey of healing. It’s important to realize that the praises of preventative or alternative practices aren’t often sung because they are not as profitable and they offer benefits that could ultimately eliminate the need for so much counsel elsewhere. I find it very interesting that some modalities that have been around longer than any man-made medication or westernized therapy, are repeatedly called into question or even flat out doubted – supposedly because there’s no “science” to back up claims that they work or can help. You are invited to enjoy with an open-mind and heart, take what resonates and leave the rest. It is by no means is intended to speak or be true, for all.
